A perimenopause symptom tracker that takes under a minute a day

Pera is an iPhone app for keeping a daily record of how you feel. You check in once a day, and Pera puts your last 84 days on one page you can print or send.

What you log

The check-in asks one question per screen:

  • how many hot flashes you had today, and how strong they were;
  • how many hours you slept, and how you slept;
  • how you’re feeling today;
  • anything else going on, such as brain fog, anxiety, joint pain, or headaches.

You can skip any question. On a day with no hot flashes, Pera doesn’t ask how strong they were.

What you get

Your entries add up. Pera turns them into a one-page doctor report covering your last 84 days: a week-by-week chart of your hot flashes and a summary of what you logged, with the number of days you actually recorded. Days you didn’t log are left out, never counted as zero.

The report is available from your first logged day. The more days you log, the more of the 84 days it covers.

Where your entries are stored

Stored on your device and in your own iPhone backup. No account, no third-party servers.
