Terms of Use for Pera

1. Who We Are and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Diana Akhayeva, an individual developer, the publisher of the Pera app ("Pera," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the Pera app for iPhone (listed on the App Store as "Pera: Perimenopause & HRT"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Not Medical Advice

Pera is a symptom diary for personal record-keeping. It does not diagnose, does not give medical advice, and is not a medical device. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

A subscription is required to use Pera. The plans are $39.99 every 3 months, $69.99 every 6 months, and $99.99 every 12 months; the price shown in the app at the time of purchase applies. There is no free trial.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or health outcomes resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
